The Vendor reserves its right to alter, amend and change the design, layout, partition, fittings, finishes, appliances, decorations, facilities, furniture, equipment, ornaments, lighting features, artworks, other items in and the use of any part of the Development and/or the Phase (including clubhouse and recreational facilities). This rendering does not reflect the actual appearance of any part of the Development and/or the Phase (including clubhouse and recreational facilities) or the final condition, view and actual surrounding environment of the Development and/or the Phase upon completion.
Clubhouse facilities may not be immediately available for use upon the delivery of vacant possession of the units. The opening hours and use of different facilities are subject to relevant laws, land grant conditions, terms of the deed of mutual covenant and the conditions of the actual environment. The Vendor reserves the right to modify the gardens and clubhouse facilities and the area, boundary, partition, design, layout and use thereof. The use of clubhouse and other recreational facilities may be subject to charges. The design of the Development and/or the Phase shall be subject to the final approval of the relevant Government authorities. The Vendor reserves the right to amend the building plans and other plans of the Development and/or the Phase or any part thereof from time to time. The Vendor also reserves the right to make modifications and changes to the clubhouse facilities and other recreational facilities and the layout, design, use, specification and features thereof without notice. The names of the clubhouse and the recreational facilities herein are for promotional purpose only, and may not be used or appear in the building plan(s), title documents or other legal documents of the Development and/or the Phase, and the relevant names may be changed upon completion of the Development and/or the Phase. The Vendor and the manager do not guarantee that catering services will be provided in the clubhouse or any part thereof. The services provided or arranged by the manager may from time to time change or terminate.
